"Everything was very nice the room was clean and staff were friendly. We will be using this location when we come to visit family in the future. The breakfast had a great variety. "

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room appeared to be clean enough (no hairs in the shower, not too dusty) but the entire building smelled of smoke so even thought we had a nonsmoking room, all our stuff smelled like smoke after one night and my throat is sore from breathing it in all night. Also, the pool that was advertised looks like it hasn't been functional in a few years."

"The check-in was really easy. I was told that the property had been updated 2-3 yrs ago. We got our keys & headed to room 104. Once we got unpacked we noticed that the safety door latch was broken off/missing. Went to use the bathroom & noticed that they obviously didn't update everything. The toilet seat was peeling & gross, my wife wouldn't even sit on it. Then I noticed that the toilet itself had a huge crack down the side of it & appeared to be caulked. The bathroom smelled like mildew & had mild growing on the shower curtain & around the toilet. Also not the best to take a shower in unless you are less than 5 ft tall. It also appeared to have had a moldy ceiling & they just painted over it. I can't say all of the rooms are of this quality but room 104 definitely needs some attention to. The bed was clean & comfortable but the baseboards were dingy & marked up. It looks like they hired an overnight crew to slap some paint on it along with a few new fixtures."

"First stay fire alarms blasted for an hour (2 times). 2nd stay was perfect. 3rd stay elevators didn't work and no offer to help with luggage,nor was there notice until we showed up. Cause was renovations, heads up would have been nice. Not sure id stay again."

"It’s a very average hotel. Clearly older and not the best quality work/materials but it’s fairly clean and comfortable beds. Area is shady but very brightly lit. Breakfast is barely anything. Pillows are barely a square."

"The hotel is a bit rough. It’s fairly clean, but showing a lot of wear. Our room was okay. The ceiling in the shower looked a bit mildewy. We found a washcloth dried up in the shower and one of the pillows smelled as if it hadn’t been changed. We arrived pretty late and were heading out early so I didn’t bother complaining. In the morning, I dropped off my keys. The receptionist asked for our room number and I mentioned the room condition. No apology or anything. Just a smirk and a, “I’ll let them know”. I took that as, nothing will change. I have booked this hotel several times for my husband when he travels for work, but this will be our last stay. "
