Really lovely accommodation. Poor communication as everything is self check in and organised. Unable to contact staff on app as not working at the time. TV did not work.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Point and had an excellent experience again, the location is great for Universal, the staff are friendly, the suites are a great size, balcony is a great addition, would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near Universal Studios

Fantastic accommodation.

Great apartments, perfect for families exploring Universal and the wider Orlando area.

The rooms were comfortable and quite spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our stay, although more mugs and wine glasses would have been appreciated. One of the rooms had a faulty tap. I contacted the owner in the morning and it was fixed the same day. The location is excellent for Universal and an Uber to Disney is reasonable.

Fantastic property just off International drive, minutes from the premium outlets. We had a two bedroom apartment which was lovely inside. Very new furniture and very clean. Our view of the pool and lazy river was great. Grounds were fantastic too. Really couldn't complain about anything. Check was nice and smooth. We dealt with Sterling and he was really funny and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Fabulous place to stay, very well priced for a comfortable base to stay, staff could not be anymore helpful. Accommodation was good with kitchen area with fridge freezer, 2 ring electric hob and a kettle, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker and blender. Lounge area with bed settee, tv separate bedroom with 2 beds and to. Bathroom with shower over bath and separate vanity area. On 4th floor was a good laundry room. Area was very quiet and would not hesitate to stay again.
