"We enjoyed the deep soaking bathtub. Very comfortable and clean. Beds were soft and had an abundance of pillows. The breakfast was fantastic. Good selection, and everything was delicious. Restaurant staff were courteous and attentive. Hotel staff were kind and polite. It felt safe in the hotel. A key card is required to use the elevators. We stayed in an accessible room. The only changes we would recommend would be to also have a microwave in the room in addition to the fridge (which was nice and cold), and that the bathroom could use both some wall hooks and maybe a little table for toiletries. If you’re sensitive to sound, be aware that you do hear city noises, including sirens, and some noise from other rooms. It didn’t bother us. Great location to access Moscone, Yerba Buena, and UCSF. Thanks again, Pickwick Hotel! We will be back!"

"Great property and staff. Clean rooms. Friend’s birthday and the staff brought us a champagne toast to our room for our group of 10. Location was convenient but didn’t feel too safe to walk at night unless in a group. Would definitely recommend and would go back again in the future. "
