Lovely inn by the water. The service and reception is outstanding. We had a suite with mezzanine overlooking the water and having been in many hotels over the years, I would say it was a 4 stars! This is a nice Inn close to Easton beach on the outskirts of Newport. The famous cliff walk is approx 1 mile away. The rooms are well furnished although the fan in the bathroom can be quite noisy. They provide a good quality continental breakfast with a mixture of fresh and pre packaged breakfast snacks. The owner was friendly and helped carry our cases to the room. I would stay here again if I was back in the area.

Such a great hotel for my family to stay (we have 3 children aged 6mnths, 5 and 9). Convenience of kitchen facilities and onsite laundry with hotel services. Pleasantly surprised by the included breakfast, great selection of hot and cold food. Hotel also offered free drinks, including many alcoholic, and food three evenings a week for a one and a half hour period.
