"Staff were so hospitable, keeping the pool open for me upon my late arrival so I could have a quick swim surrounded by snow before going to bed. This was without me even asking, they just knew it would be a lovely experience to recommend! Bed was comfortable and room super clean also "

"The room was okay, however there was a heavy smell of smoke and even after opening the window, the smell remained. Its quite a small room that I stayed in so wouldn't recommend for two people. 10 minutes away from the airport by car. "

"The room it self was warm and spacious. Bathroom had underfloor heating and a good shower. Kids loved the bunk bed. However, the kitchen was under refurbishment and as such there was no breakfast service. Our booking had breakfast included and it was a disappointment that we couldn't have one. There was a table with some food in the hallwa, but no dishes other than a couple of teacups and the same milk cartons we noticed the night before. So we didn't risk it. "
