"Only issue- front desk told us we did not need to be at airport 3 hrs before-sais it was a small airport. Not true if going out of D gate. Shuttle got us there about 2 hrs and 10 minutes before flight. Was just enough time so quite stressful"

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The room was dirty, uncomfortable, and not remotely appropriate for four people, despite being sold that way. There was only about six inches between the bottom of the beds, which made getting to the bathroom extremely difficult. The layout was so cramped that it felt almost impossible to move around the room. The outlets near the main bed were located behind the bed, so in order to use them, the bed had to be pushed even closer to the sofa bed, making the already tiny walkway even worse. There was also nowhere practical to put luggage or personal items. The bathroom was another major problem. The shower water would not stay warm and kept switching between cold and warm, which made showering very unpleasant. The room was also hot, with no proper ventilation and no fan. Even worse, in a place where the sun is out nearly all night, the room did not have blackout curtains. It honestly felt like trying to sleep outside in broad daylight. Between the dirty room, poor layout, lack of ventilation, inadequate curtains, and unreliable hot water, this was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel."

"I made a reservation for this hotel in February 2026. When we arrived on the evening of June 3, we were told that due to a "maintenance issue" our room wasn't available, and that we needed to go to another hotel several miles away, and with a lower star rating. As other's have reported similar issues, it seems that this hotel will deliberately bump a reservation if they can find a higher paying one. The receptionist at the hotel we were sent to confirmed that this happens frequently. Do NOT make a reservation at this hotel as there is a good chance that if prices have increased you'll be sent elsewhere."
