"Great hotel and spa, really well presented building and the rooms were clean, well equipped and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive and polite. OK it's a little pricey but well worth the experience overall. The only negative for me was from the Lava restaurant where I had probably the worst steak ever especially given it's hefty price tag."

The hotel was quiet and clean and inviting. Being nestled on an 900 year old lava bed and surrounded my the beautiful volcanoes made it even more appealing. I will definitely return and recommend The Northern Lights Inn."

"Good stay. Only complaint was we stayed in room 212, which i would think to be the last room to be rented out. It wasnt as the bank was not even half full. The room is the only one without shelving or a tv. The desk lamp was broken as well. I recommend the bank, but if you get room 212, ask for another."
