The apartment was clean, well stocked (salt, coffee, laundry detergent, etc.), high end finishes, very comfortable bed and pull out couch, and quality toiletries. We did not get an e-mail ahead of time for check-in but our host was there upon arrival and was very communicative through messaging. Thank you for a perfect stay!"

"Es war schrecklich. Als ich gestern angekommen bin, das Hotel war geschlossen. Keine Bewegung war drin. Kein Mensch war draußen. Beim Anbruch der Dämmung wurde das Licht im Flur und bei der Rezeption eingeschaltet, aber drinnen war weiter keine Bewegung, nur ab und zu schien, als ob ein Gespenst umherirrte. Ich kenne keine Isländisch und sehr begrenzt Englisch. Was sollte ich tun? Nur herumzulaufen und irgendwohin zu fahren auf die Suche nach einem anderen Hotel. Und was hat es mir gekostet?"
