Great hotel with regards to room,breakfast, staff,check in/out,location..bus stop 13 outside and the all important trips pick up bus stop 12 a few minutes around the block.
Never had time to use the excellent spa area as was only on a short break.

The hotel was a 20 min walk to the main centre which worked well for us.
The room was big but my only complaint would be that the lighting was bad apart from the bathroom.

Really great location and amazing staff. Rooms were clean and spacious although lacking a bit of detail (eg lights not working). Mattress and pillows were comfortable. No double quilt, strange.
Breakfast was limited but good, it would good if it included vegan sausages and bacon.
Spa is truly disappointing and we paid extra for it, was not worth it at all - just a warm shallow pool (aka hot tub) no bubbles, no depth, pretty pointless and a sauna room. That's it.

Exceptional staff...friendly and helpful. Bar offered a limited selection of food but nachos were huge and delicious. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with the variety and quality of food. Able to store our luggage easily for late day departure. Id stay here again without a doubt!

Room was really clean. Amenities were good. Staff were super friendly. We didn't eat at the hotel as we had full days out. However the roof top pool was lovely on evening as was open log fire when returning from a full day.
