"Very big hotel. The advantage is that it has a skybridge to the mall. I felt that despite being so big and more expensive it is a bit impersonal and prefer a Hyatt House where they don’t charge for water. The upgrade was not felt in the room nor in the add ons. Mentioning Argan Oil in the shampoo does not make it feel superior for soap. The “ awesome breakfast” is a normal buffet that upcharges every extra item ordered except the eggs. I paid 51 for buffet and a smoothie. My room was not cleaned when I asked for it in the am. I returned at 3 and it was not done. Good location. I never interacted with a staff member after the receptionist gave me the key. You don’t see staff. "

"The option of having two king beds is amazing for a family trip.The room was spacious and very clean. Overall great place to stay with lots of shops and food within walking distance. "

"There's cheap, and then there's economic, this is a really plush economic. Very much enjoyed my stay, very clean, and nicely oriented rooms. Only two criticisms, are that I wish there was a bit more sound proofing-it's not terrible, but leaves a little more to be desired, and a few little more soap, tissues, etc. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone on a budget!"

"2nd stay and not much better. Housekeeping misses things like filling the soap and making sure hairdryer etc are there. When I ask for the items it seems like I'm bothering them. The space and location is convenient, but after staying at the Residence Inn in downtown Seattle, the level of customer service is night and day."
