"We were there during the power outage so did not get to experience many of the amenities that would require heat or electricity. The staff was very detailed and accommodating to ensure our stay was safe, secure and as comfortable as it could be. We also had the option to cancel without penalty, but decided to stick it out and experience this upscale boutique hotel.
