"This hotel is a large complex, big rooms, large grounds with two pools and lots of amenities. We stayed during the dry season which is the off season, there were hardly any hotel guests and they were running some sort of education program. So there was no atmosphere but nice and quiet. Since the property is bang on the old mumbai Pune highway, and within the Lonavala town, one can opt for breakfast outside. Finally, it's a boutique resort and not a full service large one. "
