"Staff were fantastic . Unfortunately plumbing went awry and our.room stunk of sewerage,getting so bad we had to ask the move rooms. Staff were happy to accommodate this but we had to ask as the cleaning staff just acted like the room was fine. No hot water on the last day. "From the moment we arrived at the Bali Beach Hotel, we were impressed with absolutely EVERYTHING! What we loved most was the incredible staff. Every single worker, whether stopping for a conversation or simply passing us in the hallway, greeted us with a beautiful smile and a warm hello. It’s those little things that make such a big difference! We had a wonderful check-in experience with Day, and Mutiara was absolutely exceptional in looking after me and my family when it came to checking out on what we knew what going to be a long wait until our flight! The staff at breakfast and dinner were equally beautiful, always welcoming and attentive. The buffet breakfast was 10/10, and the restaurants served excellent food. The concierge team was fantastic, organising taxis and even arranging our laundry collection. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms have everything you need, and we loved the thoughtful afternoon service, when staff would come by to replenish towels and water. And the pool? HUGE! We absolutely loved it! The location was perfect for us, slightly north of the main area but still an easy walk to restaurants, markets and Icon mall. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. The service, facilities and attention to detail made our family holiday so special. We will most certainly be choosing Bali Beach Hotel again on our next trip to Sanur! Thank you for such a wonderful stay. ❤️"

"Great location, right on the beach walk, only a 5 min walk to the icon mall and right beside the turtle conservation centre where you can release a turtle back into the wild for a small donation. Breakfast was good, just enough to get you up and going for the day. Pool was large and a great place to spend the hot days, staff are always helpful. We stayed in a suite which was more than plenty of room for a couple, there’s a massage centre at the hotel which provided a great relaxing getaway from the hot days. We would stay here again if we were to stay in Sanur."

"We had a wonderful stay at Samatra and would definitely return! The staff were incredibly friendly and so kind and accommodating whenever we had a request. The layout was a little different than we expected regarding the kitchen—it isn’t a full kitchen, as it only includes a fridge and a sink without a cooking stove. Also, the bathtub is located outside, so we primarily stuck to using the indoor shower. However, the surrounding nature and wildlife made it completely worth it. The views are absolutely beautiful! We loved waking up to kites flying, birds chirping, and even little lizards crawling around the room. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with all the animals, reptiles, and bugs. It was such a cute and memorable experience for her!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Segara Village Hotel, our room was clean, staff were extremely helpful, wonderful amenities, beautiful lush grounds, the buffet breakfast was great and Byrd House Restaurant in the hotel and on the beach were so convenient. We had some wonderful lunches and dinners at Byrd House. It's easy to walk through the hotel onto the beach path for walks with lovely sea and beach views. Close to shopping, restaurants and transport. I can highly recommend Segara Village Hotel"
