We stayed for 10 nights in September and would not hesitate to return if we were in the area . The suites are nice and well equipped . The staff are extremely polite and friendly . During the week they offered a complimentary and varied evening buffet which was very nice . The property was very clean and in a quiet area .

I think the rooms can be cleaned more often. I understand that the reason is being touted as being eco friendly, a sign sayin " for guests staying four nights the rooms will be cleaned on the fifth!!!

It was so quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very cozy. A full size refrigerator, microwave and stove top and dishwasher made preparing my own food so nice.
Grocery stores and parks close by. The staff is so welcoming. It’s a pleasure to visit this location.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was just what we needed as a family of four and have the extra kitchen helped. Swimming pool was on the small size but fine and the hot tub was certainly hot. Would certainly recommend especially as the breakfast was included with the stay.

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. A few issues with a broken shower door, ants in the bathroom and black bits in orange juice and water from machine that needed cleaning, but was assured would be dealt with. Shower door fixed during stay.
Would recommend as close to OC airport.
Contacting the hotel for airport shuttle should be easier when unable to dial international numbers from a UK phone. Maybe a contact on the app direct with hotel.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially Mark who went out of his way to resolve a minor issue and thereby ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible.
