"The property was exceptionally clean and well- presented. The roof top pool, which should have been a place of serenity was ruined by the attendant playing loud music Some guests were very noisy on the rooftop very late at nite and being on the 5th floor our sleep was terrible The staff at the front desk didnt seem to communicate well with each other, check in was awkward and checking out the manager was asking if i had paid which should have already been on the system.
