12 months since my last visit and the staff are even better than I remember. Arriving 2am you might except the “night” staff welcome but no smiling faces and helpful staff. The room is well equipped but the towels could do with changing as they are getting a bit scratchy but everything else is fine. Breakfast is a good selection of western and Asian cuisine and I was lucky enough to have chef Arun deliver some nice breads for both breakfast and dinner which were delicious. Dinner is a la...

Its a nice property , though a bit old but well maintained

An potentially inconvenient but necessary overnight stay was turned into an unexpectedly enjoyable experience, all because of the most incredibly enthusiastic and responsive staff that I have ever come across. I was not sure how we would locate the shuttle from the airport, so I sent a text message before leaving Bangalore. When we we arrived in Chennai a couple of hours later, there was a chauffeur with a signboard, to whisk us to the hotel. He had our room key, so that check in was simple,...

The place was very clean and only a 10-15min taxi ride from the airport. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. This is a really good place to stop before catching a flight from Chennai airport

It was a 1 night stay, but a great experience. The hotel is in a good location next to a shopping center and many local restaurants around. We got a good deal in price. Has 5 star quality. Lunch was excellent. But breakfast was ok. Friendliness of staff, very professional. Would like to visit again.

Staff were excellent including Duty Manager. Room was clean, restaurant was good, roof bar had excellent ambience, housekeeping were prompt in service and when I needed help with car for the day, the Duty Manager went out of his way to help us despite a car not being readily available.

I stayed here for four days and had a great experience. It’s an excellent budget option, located in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and affordable stay. Popular areas like T Nagar, Anna Nagar, and Marina Beach are accessible by cab within 40–50 minutes. There’s heavy traffic due to metro construction...

Clean rooms, also good staff

I spent a night at the hotel Radha Regent whilst on a personal visit to Chennai with my family. We booked the hotel basis location since we wanted a place which was close to where the family function was being hosted. We booked via expedia and the experience at the hotel was beyond our expectations. We found the hotel staff very courteous and attentive. Especially would like to commend the lobby staff, Augustine, for attending to us personally. The Lobby Cafe was excellent, the service staff...

Second time I am staying here. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good this time. Great improvement in cleanliness and service.

It's a good hotel with good service. Should improve on their housekeeping service. Dining was great.
