We requested a change of room because there was no shower in the one offered. they were immediately pleased to do so. Staff were all very pleasant all the time we were there.

Room was very clean and the sea view was wonderful. Good to have a great selection of hot drinks in the room as well as toiletries. The spa was also very nice to be able to use. All staff were very friendly.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole. All the staff were lovely, particularly the reception team they were exceptional!. Our room was beautiful. The harbour/ Key was less than a minutes walk from the hotel which was on a lovely quiet street. We will definitely be returning!

Little Hotel with a big attitude, everything about our stay was exactly how I wanted it, the owners are a lovely couple and really put 100% into making your stay a memorable one. We only eat breakfast at the Hotel, but if that is anything to go by the food was excellent. The Hotel has a nice comfortable bar with reasonable prices. We will definitely come again

Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. Had a lovely stay in this apartment . It was excellent. Very very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need and a lot of little extras. Just a couple of steps over to the clifftop in Barton on sea. Would definitely stay again.
