"We arrived later than planned after travel delays, so did not get to take full advantage of our stay, but we still enjoyed it! The room was well furnished, had great AC and was dark, perfect for a restful sleep after a travel day. The windows were high up on the wall; this worked for us as we mostly were sleeping but I could see this not meeting some expectations. Hotel was under construction but that did not interrupt our stay in any way. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. We ubered from the airport so cannot speak to parking or having a rental car. This was a great base for exploring OSJ for one day before heading to the beach."

"Hi!!! I would return!!! However it would not take much to improve this hotel to feel more luxurious. Key points….please supply better quality products. Such as conditioner and larger soap. Please consider a blanket. Room did not have a blanket that was comfy. Makes a huge difference. Carpets could be steam cleaned in the rooms. A throw carpet for the bathroom OR skid matt. Floors become wet. Please ensure blowdryers are operable. Us ladies like to look nice and sometimes it requires a handy blowdyer. Mine did not work. Room service! Even if its light snacks! Small appetizers. It would be such a nice touch. Mini charcutierie or fruit platter. Yogurt with granola or salads. These investments would greatly increase hotel popularity and revenue! Thank you for your hospitality and warm staff. "

"Nice place, very Loud busy street when trying to sleep on the middle of the Night!!!!! We were woken up to construction on the house without being notified hours of banging drilling No rest and I had a new born and toddler No fun!!!! I would have booked else where. Other than that nice neighborhoods walkable cute restaurants walkable path on the ocean love the town... I would return when they sound proof it lol..."

"Staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. Gave a map of viejo San Juan to see what’s nearby. Hotel is in such a convenient area to explore. The Photo Booth and place to buy drinks & stuff downstairs was also very convenient!"

"Gorgeous hotel right off the port from our cruise. Wonderful pool, and very modern and clean. Plenty of walkable places nearby for shopping, dining and entertainment. Loved it. Second time here. Will be back again! "
