The staff was great. When the elevator temporarily broke they offered to carry our bags upstairs. This is a great hotel for a night. Grocery store and restaurants within a short walk.

Aly was the absolute Best. Thank you so much for understanding our needs. We gad just returned from an 8 day cruise and were supposed to fly out the next morning .,then our flight was canceled the hotel we were in was booked so we scrambled to find another hotel which was a chire itself because of the holiday. The place was very clen. Super basic. Nothing extra. No coffee maker, but it had small refrigerator and microwave. There is the T-Mobile center 5 to 10 minutes walking with many good restaurants and live music at night. The afternoon lady who checked us in was very unfriendly. Not helpful at all. The hotel has free shuttle to the port. Make sure you make a reservation.
