"Great location "

"Ray was Awesome (personality & kindness) at the front desk. My complaint is the parking is not convenient and the bedding was horrible. The pillows were small and we only had 3 for a King bed. We asked for another and they said they didn't have anymore. Also the bed only came with one sheet and a blanket as thin as a sheet. I was freezing and had to sleep with my clothes on. I asked for another blanket the next day and there was nothing available. We stayed 3 nights, we had the AC off the last night. I didn't sleep well. I hate complaining but just want to give you a heads up. Price was good. Convience and bedding ( quality of sleep) was not. "

"My room was neglected. Other than that, it had a wooden (old and beautiful) balcony door but with no glass, meaning you would either need to keep it wide open so that you get light & fresh air (and the mosquitos in, for which there was no solution) or completely shut, which means you get no light in the room. Asked for a change but there was no other room available, which I understand. Refund was impossible "

"Floors were dirty in the room (swept but not mopped), hotel as a whole is in need of proper maintenance and upkeep, and the water pressure for showers and the rooftop tubs are the worst I’ve ever seen. Architecture was pretty and the staff was friendly, however I am unlikely to book again. "

"Check in was frustrating. The check-in time says 4:00 but upon arrival, there was no room ready and we had to wait until close to 6:00pm for check in. It was frustrating after a long day of flying. We offered to take a down-graded room but was told they could not assist us as we booked through a third party, Expedia. They seem to forget that if it weren't for that third-party, Expedia, the room would never have been booked - others on site, who were also waiting, experienced the same. Were made to feel like our business did not matter as we did not book direct."
