"Lovely, clean, quiet, and spacious courtyard double room with a patio. Staff very polite and professional. Provisional bill on checkout day had few items that i did not order, so a visit to the Reception desk helped to remove these items with no bother, and the revised bill was reissued with the correct items. The spa and leisure facilities were perfect and my full body aromatherapy massage treatment was so relaxing. The hotel's little touches were so thoughtful, for example the umbrellas dotted around and the blanket basket in the garden room. The only things I missed were a water fountain in the reception area and camomile teabags in my room. Overall, a lovely place to stay for the weekend and I would definitely go back again. "

"The welcome when I arrived was much appreciated. Any interaction I had with the staff at reception was some of the most professional, yet friendly, I’ve experienced. That alone, would make be want to stay here again. The breakfast was decent and the room was comfy. "
