I booked at the price of 1150 and they told that they won't give me the room for that money and I have to pay 1600.i tried to contact hotels.com and couldn't find any numbers to contact. So I paid the amount. The room was In pathetic condition. Air conditioning was not working properly and the food which I ordered through get an hour to get delivered. Washroom was dirty and the water was not draining from the bathroom. Never ever going back to hotel at any cost. "

The accommodating manager Justin booked our taxis and even arranged for a wheelchair. Akhil met us at the car with the chair at 3am when we got to the resort. Even at that late hour he was ready to bring us food—mummy actually asked for ice cream and got it! But it’s only after we woke up in our smartly designed room with a private patio that we realized how lucky we were. Shout out to the super staff Jeevan, Zachariah, the ladies in the kitchen, the cleaners, and the gardeners who are the heart of the place. Thank you all! "
