"The staff are very friendly people. The hotel was recently updated. The cleaning service was not super consistent and we ran out of things multiple times. The breakfast also was understaffed and ran out of key items multiple times. Other than that, the location is great for proximity to BYU and the beds are pretty comfortable. They also enjoyed the walking trail behind the hotel."

"The temperature in the room was to warm and the aircondioner did not kick on at all. It would be a good idea to provide at least 2 towels per person. The bath matt was wet when i enrolled it. Assuming it hadn't been a fresh one. We went out to get a bite for breakfast and was sadly greeted by a non working coffee pot and only yogurt and Hostess donuts. Don't advertise as a bed and breakfast of there is no breakfast. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. "
