"This hotel says they are planning a remodel so they are not spending any money to fix a plethora of problems and are offering NO ameneties to their guests. THEY NO LONGER OFFER A BREAKFAST...which wasn't all that good anyway. The pool is closed and turned yellow, there are no ice machines, the vending machines were empty, my electronic key stopped working, the pillows in my room were 12" square, the TV does not get all of the network stations and, in my first room before I complained, ther shower was stuck on so you could not bathe, the refridgerator was warm and a blue goopy liquid was all over the bottom, there was no iron and the ironing board did not have a pad. When I raised concerns, the front desk clerk said, "that's why our rates are so low." Oddly, the airconditioners under the window were both set at 67 degrees when I entered the room... I've stayed in this hotel periodically for the past 6-7 years and it has continued to decline. I won't stay there again."

"This property needs a tobe remodeled. Paint on walls, ceilings,carpets and over all needs an remodeled. The beds are Fulls not Queens. Very small for 2 people. Hot water is very weird. Gets really hot, then ice cold. Also makes alot of noise when you are showering. Coffee taste like burnt beans. "

"The staff are so wonderful, kind, and attentive. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. The rooms however have gone down in quality since I stayed here 3 years ago. The bed was fine, comfortable enough and clean. However the bathroom looks like it was remodeled by a sloppy teenager. The cleanliness in the showers especially around the shower products needs to have a good once over. Corners in the bathroom were built up with dust and grime. Everything else was fine. The place smells clean and the pool area is clean. I can tell they clean daily but there is a need for a really good deep clean. Because of two lovely Indian immigrants that were working there during my stay I will be back again to give it another chance."
