"We really enjoyed our stay at Hideaway Suites. We had the opportunity to stay in the Tahiti Room. What a fun themed beach room with an amazing fish aquarium set into the floor (with over a dozen live fish)! We were very pleasantly surprised with the free snacks available in the fridge and in the kitchenette area, as well as the thoughtful and delicious breakfast. It also shares walls with an outdoor mall on the other side, with awesome things like Fong Asian Dining, Jack's Donuts, Rocky Mountain...

"The booking was deciving. I thought I was booking a suite with 2 king beds. Instead I got 1 bed and a couch. Disappointed because I paid extra. Could have gotten 2 queens a bit cheaper. But the hotel was very good."

"Everything was clean, staff were helpful and nice (all except one night shift worker who seemed like waiting on us was a bother). One of our rooms sounded like the AC unit was going out as it started making loud noises the final day of our stay. My only complaint was that breakfast quality wasn’t the greatest. Decent selection, but powdered eggs, cheap sausage and NO bacon caused me to only eat breakfast once. Cereal, waffles, muffins, pastries, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals, breads, coffees, teas and juices were all part of the spread. I didn’t use the gym or pool, but my adult kids did. They give the pool/hot tub rating 7/10 and gym only a 4/10, because “it was a bench, a treadmill (with an awful squeal any time it was running) and some weights. It was so small, only one person at a time could use it.”"

"I arrived early, I was traveling cross country by motorcycle early in the mornings, the weather was typically too hot in the afternoon to travel. My room was not ready; I booked third party and it was very early by check-in standards. I was invited to stay in the lobby, unload my luggage to a cart, and take advantage of the amenities. I had a series of conversations with the woman at the desk. I asked if the availability was linked to the third party booking or room type. She asked if I was and IHG member to which I replied I should be, I've been staying at many Holiday Inn hotels along the way. She looked and to my surprise, I was an Elite member and entitled to an upgrade. Her efforts and welcoming mannerism were greatly appreciated and made my stay very pleasant. I was pretty tired and hot, so I was delighted by the hotels service and understanding."

"This is a longterm stay-to overnight. House size frig was spotless & cold.Room has cooktop, microwave & dishwasher. Dishes frm previous guest wern't set to dry in cycle, so they sat wet in sealed dishwasher. Mold & mildew can growquickly. Maybe Mgmt shld REQUIRE a full cylce w/dry. Bed was comfortable.A/C cold & effective. CON:There is no cookware, silverware, so be prepared w/necessary items if you plan on cooking or buy at frt desk. Dogs are allowed for very reasonable fee, contact property. Check in was awful. A spelling error in our reservation(my error) made it so their automated kiosk refused to check us in.We had already stood at front desk for10 minutes w/NO ONE in sight.Rang bell,no response.The kiosk phone system was faulty, I could barely hear them,they could NOT hear me.I finally called phone # on a sign frtdesk to come check us in or we'll leave & expect refund. Girl was RUDE & snapped, "I'm on my way". It had been nearly 20 minutes. 2 other people left that were waiting when we arrived. NOT EVERYONE WANTS THINGS AUTOMATED, some of us want a human interaction.There is no coffee in room. Lobby has a machine but staff had not fully prepped the area w/stirrer & creamer.Told morning gentleman there was no creamer, he got out a large bag meant to refill the machine. There is a coffee shop in walking distance, advise to use that."
