I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. When we arrived we were allocated a room at the front (room 204?), it was quite noisy due to dogs barking. When we spoke to reception about it the following morning we were immediately moved room to a better room at the back (201) without any question or argument. The hotel is in a very narrow alleyway in Old Delhi, cars cannot get to the hotel but staff were very helpful carrying our bags to the taxi. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Namaste Hindustan. The location is excellent and very convenient for travellers. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is also a safe and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Delhi. Would definitely love to stay here again

This is the best budget hotel I have come across so far in my 10yrs of travel in some part of Europe,India and SE Asia. The best you can get for your hard earn money. A first class hotel and very good value for money! The staff are all extremely attentive and pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. Backpackers was great! The staff are really helpful and friendly including helping us book trains. The Delhi Belly food tour is an also good, a great way to explore the bazaars and alleys of old Delhi.
