Great place, great breakfast and great location. Negatives were hardest mattress I have every slept on and a terrible elevator service. The elevator service was so bad, Staff used to redirect us to staff only service.

Fantastic hotel. Arrived at 1:45p and our rooms were ready, and Tea was served at 2p with beautiful pastries and an espresso machine. Very nice breakfast all complimentary. They pleased my husband with a bottle of champagne ,cake and a post card for his bday. So nice The breakfast outstanding, The staff super professional. Hardly recommended hotel.
