"Location was great, fantastic views over to Porto and a nice walk along the riverfront and over the bridge to reach Porto. Hotel lovely, clean, modern, cool and with all amenities. Staff were fabulous, friendly and helpful all but not stuffy. Would highly recommend. "

"It was an amazing hotel, great location along by the river, ideally placed for visiting the Port houses. Staf were great, really friendly and very helpful in dealing with your requests. Car parking was provided and at arrival we handed our car keys over to be parked and at leaving it was brought out to front of hotel for us. All in all excellent cannot fault it at all."

"Dazzling views and an incredibly comfortable room. Lovely staff, amazing breakfast. Across the river from Porto with a beautiful view of the city. Dinner at the Gastronomic was remarkable and certainly earned their 2 Michelin stars! I wish they had a water bottle refill station in the lobby instead of needing to use single use bottles constantly. The bistro lunch menu has very limited options for vegetarians. "

"Everything was perfect. We stayed in a River View room and loved watching the sunset and Porto’s night lights right from our window — no need to go out to enjoy the view. The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. If we visit beautiful Porto again, we’d definitely stay here again!"
