We loved watching people on the promenade from our third floor unit. Special mention to Fatima who was so warm, empathetic and accommodating when my daughter was ill and needed rest. "VC Heritage Ribeira Porto was a fantastic find. Perfect location in Ribiera - steps away from the restaurant scene, Luis II bridge to walk to Gaia. They let us store luggage from 7am, which was a huge help. Rodrigo was super responsive via chat, and José and Catarina at the front desk were warm, polite, and gave great recommendations—not just for Porto but for all of Portugal. Highly recommend!"

"The property is perfectly situated to be able to easily walk to the river area. The rooms are modern and clean. Even though you are on a busy street, the shutter system takes away all the street sounds at bedtime. Staff was very friendly. "

"The location is amazing, there was a lot to see within walking distance. The room was modern and nicely decorated but there was a lack of shelving in the bathroom (turns out the mirror is a medicine cabinet) and also, there wasn’t really a place to put luggage; I would have preferred that the single chair was replaced with a luggage rack. I was not able to get the AC working when we checked in but Maria came to the room upon check out and it seemed to be working fine then. And the toilet seat...

"Miguel and Catarina were amazing! They were so helpful in arranging the taxi from the airport, securing a dinner reservation and helping me navigate to the train station/ bus terminal. The glass of port when I arrived was very special. The property is lovely, centrally located, quiet and very comfortable. The bed and bedding are luxurious. I didn't have breakfast on the property, but wish I had. Next time I will stay longer!! Thank you for an amazing stay. "

"We absolutely loved our stay!! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and gave us a ton of local recommendations. The room and hotel were very clean, and the breakfast was fantastic as well. The location was also prime- walking distance to so much, and a quick walk down to the water front. I recommend taking the hop on/hop on bus down the street to explore the rest of Porto. We will definitely be back! "
