"I recommend this hotel and found it deserved a five-star rating. This hotel is centrally located near Rua de Santa Catarina. The hotel itself is quite new, modern and stylish. From check-in to check-out all the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Most staff spoke some English. At check-in we were given flyers for day trips and tours. The breakfast buffet was good and we also had food and drinks at the bar and everything was very well prepared. The housekeeping was thorough and done well every day. Our room had a Nespresso machine, and a mini-bar with water, soft drinks and juice. Overall, this hotel surpassed my expectations and we would definitely stay here again. "My second time at this hotel. It really is the perfect city pad, close to Trindade metro station and 10 mins walk to the old town, without being in the middle of it. Very stylish rooms and large bathrooms, plus a lovely indoor pool and hot tub. The staff are very helpful and friendly. "
