Very friendly staff , great views of river and Porto city from the hotel, nice breakfast Buffett with lots of fresh fruits and juices options
Spacious rooms
Friendly staff , Breakfast was great . Views from hotel was beautiful. Room was in great condition. Overall, We enjoyed our stay at this hotel . Highly recommend it.
Very happy with this hotel. Hotel staff went above and beyond helping me, because my bags did not arrive until the next day. Room was beautiful and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay here next time.
Excellent value for money… don’t be tempted by hotels north river, this is where you want to be. Short walk to river front, just a bit longer and you’re over the bridge. Lots idle space and the vibe is great. You have a wonderful view of Porto from here. Staff if great.

Everything, everybody great at this new hotel (~1 year old)! Enjoyed our short stay....
Good quiet/safe location but still close (~5-10min walking distance) to river, brigde, restaurants, etc
Brilliant hotel in a beautiful location but if you don’t book the indoor pool before you arrive you probably won’t get to use it. We tried to use it for one of our three days after we arrived but were told we needed to book it. We were then told it was already fully booked for all days of our trip. So the only way we could have used the indoor pool is to book it before we arrived - but we did not know we had to book it.
Beautiful hotel!!! On the other side in Gaia.. we trully enjoyed and travelled with our kids and had a connecting room which was a super plus
Just 1 thing I could say is the showers are open .. maybe great if traveling with only your husband.. but for family with small children not to comfy

Housekeeping staff excellent, attention to detail perfect. All staff helpful and professional
Not enough adjectives to adequately describe how beautiful this property is, how fantastic the people and their incredible service, the great location - everything is 5 Star. I spent four nights and I will be back again soon. If you’re in Porto, for so many reasons, this is where you should stay.
Great hotel, great room, great view, excellent service. The property is 5 star and worth each of them. Staff went over and above to make our board meeting as smooth as possible.
If you want a beautiful view of Porto this hotel is the right choice! The hotel is beautiful and all attractions, Restaurant’s, bars and sight seeing are just walking distance. The pillows and the bed itself were sooooo comfy and the staff are very helpful and attentive. I will be coming back again :)
The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. A quick 3 to 5 minute walk down to the river. The staff were very friendly, helpful and at your beck and call. I highly recommend this property. The tasting with wine pairing was absolutely fabulous. Book your stay you won’t regret it.
Its a beautiful hotel, the rooms were stunning - spacious, modern and facilities like wardrobe space, tea/coffee facilities and bathroom. Staff were excellent - very helpful with things to do, places to go and general information. The location was also great - lots of places to eat and drink around but equally easy to get to the city centre on foot. Although it 25 mins walking so not perhaps for everyones liking.
When you visit the staff, and building will astound you. You will tell your friends and family that you experienced a hotel full of charm and beauty that is ‘Fantastic’.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is incredible. It is in the perfect location and has amazing facilities. Slightly let down by some of the staff and the lack of control around the pool
We enjoyed our stay at the Tivoli Kopke. The property is brand new with great views and a helpful staff. They’re just getting their operations up to speed, so there may be minor hiccups, but you’ll have a comfortable stay in Gaia at this property.
Our room was very comfortable with great amenities, although the door to the toilet would not properly close and, although we made guest relations aware, they seemed unable to address it. (It wasn’t all that important, so we didn’t mention it again.) But other than that, the balcony river views were terrific, the room spacious, and the bed very comfortable.
We enjoyed a night at the bar with a blues band and great port. We thought dinner at the bistro was just fine, but not great. The food was by and large pretty bland, although the dessert was quite good.
Pro tip: you don’t have to walk down the narrow road to get to town. Ask the front desk to point you to the emergency exit where the stone staircase leads out the back into town. It drops you right by a food hall that’s behind the main waterfront street and it’s well worth visiting!
