"The hotel staff are exceedingly helpful and nice. The room was very clean, and the neighborhood is great. However, I was given a room next to the lobby check-in area, the only room in that small space and on the ground floor, which made it very noisy. It also felt less private than I would have liked. If booking, highly suggest requesting not to have the ground floor room."
