"The staff were friendly and courteous. The property was clean and mostly accessible. Our room was on the back side and there were dumpsters in front of the walkway. I requested a ground floor room but ended up on the second floor ( at least there is an elevator) due to having mobility issues. Also paid for a room with a microwave which there wasn’t one in the room. The lack of carpet wasn’t a problem but the bathroom door did not lock. We had to wedge a washcloth in it. "

"Went on a family trip and it was real nice and quiet the staff were very friendly the room was very clean only thing room was next to the pool and people were out late at night pass pool hours swimming in pool other than that will reserve again "

"The staff was great, rooms and property immaculate in cleanliness, and quiet. Our room was on the smaller side, but we made it work. And the location couldn't be better, right next to a Ralph's, across the street from a Starbucks, and super close to the 101. "

"We were greeted with an ‘Out of Order’ sign on one elevator. Gave us the top floor (11) room so we waited often for elevator. Also put us on the bad plumbing side of building with bad or no water pressure and water temps running hot and cold while showering, with water just stopping in shower. Very bad. "

"The night time staff was very friendly and the day time morning crew needs to go over to McDonald’s and get a cup of coffee to improve their mood . The bath shower was dirty with somebody else’s hair the air conditioner was not working properly. Over all it’s a typical motel 6 good price just lousy morning staff "
