"Plenty of parking. Room was clean and there was plenty of room. We had a 2 queen room with two teens. 2 chairs, desk, microwave (perfect for leftovers), mini fridge. Room was cleaned daily, (reservation said no housekeeping service) Breakfast was perfect. Pancake maker was a hit!!!! So easy. Staff continually cleaning tables and replacing food. Friendly, considerate, and accomodating. Clean, updated! A great value. Will definitely return. Went to battleship cove and Newport! Many options on DoorDash, a plus for teens. Deliver directly to your room."

"Quiet friendly and efficient staff "

"Probably the best place we have stayed so far in Providence and we have been in many of the hotels there. The stay was great (hotel, bar and restaurant) except for the area around the hotel- a little sketchy. Lots of police sirens and loud cars late into night and early am. Was nervous walking to dinner one night at a nearby restaurant as there were several people approaching us asking for money. All in all, one of the better places to stay, but just have to be careful in Providence. "
