"We very much enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very clean and the room was very comfortable and quiet. The location at Patriot Place give you a bunch of dining and shopping options. We had a drink and snack at the hotel restaurant and found it to be very good. All of the staff were great. We will stay here again."

"My husband,and I were attending a show at a nearby Arena on a Saturday night. Wanting a hotel that provided a shuttle to,and from the Arena this property was just what we needed!!! After confirming our reservation I contacted the property to request a late check out for Sunday,and asked about the shuttle service. I was told that I didn’t need to make reservations for the shuttle until I check in. GREAT!! ALL SET!!! Upon an early check in at 2:00 I requested to make a reservation for the shuttle. I was given a flyer from a private transportation company to call to make a reservation. $30.00 per person one way???!!!!! We were Less than 4 miles from our venue!! $120.00 plus $25.00 tip!! When we got in our room around 2:15 I called the service only to be told they were completely booked!!! How?? Check in time was 3:00. We arrived early,so how did the other guests get reservations before check in??? Whatever!! We found alternative transportation for a much cheaper price. The next morning I had hung the DO NOT DISTURB sign the night before so not to be woken up early. The Maid knocked anyway!!! Whatever do they think that sign is use for??!!!"
