"Amazing all around "

"Everything about our one-night stay was terrific. The front desk was responsive and quickly provided the additional amenities we needed. The breakfast was meh. The scrambled eggs weren't great, but once the guy at the front desk replied, "Blame the chickens," I was content. I would definitely, and happily, return."

"No continental breakfast available false advertising. No avail snacks in machine. The hotel is run down. Elevator was not working to get to the third floor. Drawer handles missing in room. "

"I booked a room with one king bed through Expedia, and the reservation clearly confirmed that room type. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the room had two twin beds instead. When I returned to the front desk to address the issue, I was told that all of the king rooms were already booked, even though my reservation specified a king bed. What made the experience more frustrating was the lack of assistance from the front desk staff. There was little effort to help resolve the situation or offer any alternative solution. In addition, I had prepaid for breakfast, but the breakfast vouchers were not provided during check in and I had to remind the staff to give them to me. Overall, the stay was disappointing because the room type I reserved and paid for was not honored, and the service during check in did not reflect the level of hospitality I expected."

"Very happy with cleanliness of the room. Comfort of bed & pillows was very good. Room was spacious but bathroom a bit tight.. Had a microwave, mini fridge, single cup coffee maker. A good stay."
