"The hotel has many stores nearby. The location is great. The bagels at breakfast were delicious, and the staff was friendly."

My only issue was someone was smoking cigarettes in the room next to us and the smell was horrible. I tried calling the front desk several times and no one ever picked up. I ended up going down to let them know and by the last day of our 4 days there it was more manageable or I got used to it. "

Just know that the room is very small, no real amenities other than basic necessities, and small windows. But if you just need a safe and private place to crash while still being in a central area, then this is a great option! "

"Nondescript room without a desk to work at--a scrivener's stool and a bit of space next to the coffee machine. The room that looked beautiful in the photo was off limits for a private event. No lobby or general area--the rooms below are all a public bar. Seemed very popular with young people."

"I had to move from my original room because the heater wasn't working. In the second room, the wifi didn't work, and the toilet pipes emitted a loud noise every 30 minutes. Additionally, coffee was advertised as included with the $30-a-night amenities fee at the front desk, but I was still charged separately. This was confusing. Despite these issues, all the staff were incredibly kind. The problems I experienced were operational and structural, not related to the staff."
