"Had a great stay, front desk staff and cleaning personnel were great, room was clean. The down side was the computer system was not working properly and checking in took too long, staff was very friendly, cordial and apologetic; Hampton Inn has been my favorite hotel for years but I think they need to do some upgrading in the rooms specially the mattresses, they are old. "My employee was trespassed off the property when he went to ask to change rooms because there was water on the bathroom floor. The desk clerk insisted he wear a mask to enter the lobby. When he went into the lobby with a mask on the desk clerk was not wearing his mask over his nose. When my employee asked him to put his mask on correctly he was trespassed from the site. I want my money back! "
