"The lady at the front desk( Veronica) was nice and helpful, however the breakfast buffet team, not welcoming, aoumds rude, no smile on their face, when asking for something looks like asking a big favor, where the ask was about the spread container was empty, also the phone in my room was not working there was no wire attached."

"The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself made a positive first impression, with an attractive lobby and inviting common areas. Unfortunately, the condition of our room was disappointing. There were noticeable stains on both the carpet and curtains, and visible mold in the grout lines of the bathroom tile. The overall cleanliness fell well below what we expected and made the room feel uncomfortable. We ultimately chose this hotel because of its convenient location, but the condition of the room was concerning enough that we opted to shower at a friend’s home rather than use the bathroom facilities extensively."
