"Staff of the hotel do not care about the guest . They are busy in their own world . TV was not working in the room for 3 days and no one knew how to fix it . They do not even tell guest what is available at the hote . Rooms are very small and deceiving. Rate is exorbitant for the service ( which is nothing ) They act like they do not understand the language. Horrible experience, do not recommend to anyone . Do not go to this hotel. Extremely disappointed . Expedia should remove this hotel from...

Very friendly staff, amazing service and one of the best hotels in India we have stayed at. First time to India with 2 little children and a baby and we had no problems at all. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

An exceptional stay and a truly memorable experience at Hotel Sbtel, Delhi!
The hotel offers an excellent blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. The rooms were impeccably clean, fresh, and hygienic, ensuring a relaxing stay. The breakfast spread was delightful, with an impressive variety of options, while dinner at Loya was equally enjoyable.
What truly sets the experience apart is the staff, whose warmth, courtesy, and genuine eagerness to go above and beyond make every guest feel...

I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday. They really provided exceptional service. The hotel has lovely ambiance, being turn of the century and the room was spacious and well equipped. They also provided free train passes for the...

I received spectacular service, highly recommend the hotel. The hotel management (Ankut) and staff (Pankaj and Ali) were very welcoming by ensuring that my family and I were comfortable throughout our stay by attending to all our needs. They paid close attention to detail by going over and beyond in there service. We really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely book the Radisson again in the future!

This hotel offered a brilliant service from start to finish!
I had amazing correspondence before my arrival with the manage Munna who helped organise a clothes delivery to the hotel for my arrival and made me feel welcome before I even got there!
When checking in, I was greeted by all the staff in a very warm welcoming and friendly manner.
The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped and the restaurant downstairs had a lovely menu and tasted very nice.
The hotel is planning to expand to...

A busy and noisy area of the city, but it all seemed a bit like that. But the hotel was a very pleasant oasis, with charming and very helpful staff. Room excellent, food very good. Thank you.
