Clean room very friendly staff

Great location , staff and hotel

Amazing

Just a terrific hotel and facilities, really enjoyed our stat

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Location great, easy reach of Ferry terminal to the city, easy reach of bars, cafes, restaurants, hotel rooms were big with air conditioning. Comfy beds, Sausalito is a beautiful place to spend a few days

This is a great hotel in a very central location for many of San Francisco's attractions. The views of the bridges, city and Bay are stunning. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. Especially the guys on Concierge (Brian and Mike) helped book tours and great restaurants. Using the house car to go places really useful so overall we had a great stay.

We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. We will cherish our playtime with you all. Highly recommend your hotel and will forever sing your praises. Don’t ever change your doing great as you are.

Loved our stay at Hotel Kabuki! Friendly staff made us feel right at home. Stylish boutique atmosphere. Excellent gym. Location is fantastic — great food, shops, and culture just steps away.

No uncomfortable pestering (although I’d recommend using the do not disturb sign to avoid being woken by housekeeping). The location was excellent and walking everywhere was super simple. One lovely lady at reception was amazing with directions and recommendations, one of which was cycling across the Golden Gate Bridge (a must...
