Value for money hotel with friendly staff. Within 2-min walking distance to Kata beach which is great, and plenty of other restaurants, cafes and massage parlours within the area.

Beautiful place to stay, only 3 mins walk to the beach. We had a Seaview Room which was amazing. The Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The Staff were so polite and answered any questions. The 2 pools were great to relax, plenty of Sunbeds and Parasols. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

The pictures and description of this property are completely misleading. Based on the photos, this appears to be a beautiful property, serene, relaxing. The pool looks new, clean and resort like, the rooms look clean and bright, the property looks amazing. This could not be further from the truth. The property is old, dirty, dark, and sad. I felt as though I had been tricked. I was so disappointed that we ended up checking out early and moving to another hotel. The hotel would not refund the night I did not stay but at least they did pay for my taxi to the next hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was nice, great balcony with sea view. The noise from other rooms was loud. It was too hard to get to room, stairs, walking down various halls, two separate elevators… my air conditioner broke and leaked all over the floor. Front desk couldn’t communicate to me what was going on. Men came to fix it. Still leaked all night and I hear the dripping and all of the floor and counter and my belongings were wet. No solution or apologies were made. The hotel is in a good location, quick walk to beach and shops and restaurants.

COULD BE BETTER
Hotel is ok but for the money i was expecting better. Paid extra for Executive room but as photos show it is very basic, paid for the sea view which was nice. Most of the time there was no hot water, only tepid. Air con was noisy.....fridge was noisy.....housekeepers some days left no clean towels which is fine (dont mind using towels again) but took the old ones....no pool towels too.....didnt refresh coffee.....had to chase after them for these items. Restaurant offers evening buffet but noticed food being laid out for this mid afternoon. The staff are helpful, hard working and friendly Hotel is in good location just a few steps across busy main road to the beach where there are good value restaurants........be aware that if you have walking difficulties this hotel has many steps.

The resort is good, but a bit worn down. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and the view is amazing. BUT fireworks.. every night big batteries are being sold on the beach to intoxicated tourists. This means that you’ll hear bangs and noise throughout the evening. This was a huge inconvenience as we stayed here with our 6 months old daughter. Would not do it again.

The hotel is only a short walk to the beach & it is an easy walk into town. Breakfast was ok. However the hotel is way below the standard of a 4*. It is very tired looking & needs upgrading everywhere. They still use shower curtains & the shower hose was black! The restaurant was practically empty most nights & the atmosphere was non existent. Staff tried to be helpful but were ineffective. We did change rooms but to be honest the next room was no better than the previous one. A very disappointing stay.

It was a great hotel. It has great services and amenities. The room was cleaned daily and the staff was perfect. The assistant manager Jon was lovely, professional and very helpful.
