Staff was excellent - helpful, friendly. The property is a beautiful, lush resort. Very clean. Three swimming pools. Beach a little rocky but a bay with calm surf. Built onto a hillside, the property ran buggies/golf carts to move guests around the resort -- never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a ride. About a 15 minute drive from Phuket town. We had a great time staying here.

Property needs general maintenance, waiting stuff is not up to service you are expecting at five star resort. Very nice location, view and position of villas with sala pool are exceptional. Prego at the beach restaurant has nothing to do with italian cousine, was very disappointed by the service and quality of the meal served. Highly overpriced to say at least.

Great property, location is a bit outside the city center, should provide ore frequent shuttles. food is not appropriate in terms of quality and variation to a westin property.

Pathetic
The stay was just alright. I was expecting more as it is WESTIN but seems like its only name and the rest is all like a 3 star hotel. First of all, the service is very poor, it took them 9 hours to move my luggage to my room. You can not walk in the hotels; 1. There are big reptiles that can come out of no where any time and 2. Your room might be 500-600m from reception and its all inclined mountains so forgot to move on foot. I dont know who designed it and thinking what if you want to come to reception or move anywhere in the hotel, you need hotel cart and it takes them 15-20 mins to come to you. Half of the time we were just waiting to move. I did not k ew before the stay that there can be reptiles up to 6-7 meters long that can come out of no where and it is wildlife so you are not allowed to hurt them. I went out to smoke cig in my room balcony and there it was on the wall, i could not sleep all night thinking it might come inside.

5 star staff and that’s it, the property is in desperate need of maintenance and repair, shame on management. Westin brand needs a real shake up. I hope all staff are rewarded for excellent hard work in arduous conditions.
