O quarto disponibilizado fica do lado da cozinha do restaurante da pousada. Um barulho alto de pessoas trabalhando, conversando e de objetos batendo o tempo todo. Úmido, pequeno e com problemas visíveis de conservação. Uma lástima que só foi compensada pela cordialidade dos funcionários.

Pousada básica com muito bom atendimento

Pousada básica com localização adequada. Próxima de alguns pontos turísticos ( Museu lmperial e Catedral de Petrópolis), a uma pequena caminhada da rua principal( onde tem comércio e alguns restaurantes). O hotel tem restaurante. Não utilizamos, mas o mesmo é bem procurado. Quarto simples ( no meu caso pequeno, havia de outros tamanhos), mas com chuveiro e ar com bom funcionamento, roupas de cama e banho bem satisfatórias. Café da manhã de acordo com valor da diária, com itens padrão e variedade ok. Destaque para o atendimento, tanto na recepção como a equipe do café da manhã. Funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Permaneci 2 diárias.

A pousada Catedral é um excelente custo benefício. Os quartos são limpos , cama confortável, ótimo chuveiro,roupa de cama e de banho de boa qualidade e o café da manhã também é bom . A pousada possui escadas e meu marido tem dificuldade de locomoção,solicitei um quarto no andar inferior e fui atendida . Destaque se a atenção dos colaboradores,sempre muito solícitos e gentis

Não recomendo esse hotel. Principais problemas: 1) o cheiro da cozinha se espalha e infesta todo o hotel. 2) o barulho da cozinha é constante durante todo o dia e a noite. 3) pedi serviço de quarto e não teve limpeza de um dia para o outro. 4) o estacionamento é péssimo e eles ficam com a chave. O carro é estacionado em outra localidade. 5) o quarto da minha irmã estava infestado de cupim. Ponto positivo: a cordialidade da equipe.

Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. Mas hotel tem muito barulho. Cantaram parabéns às 7h da manhã de domingo. O quarto 207 é muiiiiito pequeno. O banheiro é micro. Eu cmnso consegui me enxugar dentro do banheiro. Vc nao consegue escivar os dentes na pua com a porta aberta. Vcctem que entrar e fechar. Todo cheiro da cozinha sibe oara o meu quarto alem de a todo momento barukho de descarga do quarto vizinho. A localização é o unico ponto forte. E o cafe da manha é muito bom.

Gostei mas achei caro pelo o que oferecem

A pousada é boa, mas os quartos são muito pequenos, o banheiro minúsculo (para usar o sanitário precisa virar de lado). Apesar disso o café da manhã é gostoso e o banho de ducha também. Localização excelente mas achei caro pela simplicidade e tamanho do quarto.
