I would call this Hyatt a true 5 star hotel.
Magnifecent facilities and a breakfast which truely does not leave any wishes unfullfilled. The staff is realy comitted and one can feel that they love what they are doing. Only 2 things to improve dear Hyatt : Dont let guests wait till 3 pm to check in only because your rules say u can. Secondly dont insist on a ridiculously high deposit from guests who paid already advance.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is very very clean and comfortable. It's located in the centre of KL, close to all the main attractions. The suite I was in had amazing views of the KL skyline. The infinity pool was brilliant. The only down point is the staff who can sometimes be unhelpful and unhospitable.

Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. Good room facilities, kitchen utensils and also ironing. Friendly staff and cleanliness of room and hotel.
Lovely view from pool of KL 360 tower and also KL Twin Towers.
Buffet breakfast was limited. We didn't have time to have lunch or dinner there.
Airport shuttle bus fare is expensive (double in comparison to Uber fare)
Spa was great, however our appointment was rescheduled on 3 occasions.

One great advantage of the hotel is that the pickup is along Jalan Imbi, allowing taxis to avoid the monstrous jams plaguing other hotels in the area such as the Marriott. Highly recommended.
