"Staff was kind. Breakfast was like any breakfast at a hotel, buffet style. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel has parking underground, which is great, since no street parking close by at least that I could see. Overall our stay was very pleasant. Our room had view of the bay and Golden Gate Bridge which was a plus."

"This hit all the marks on an amazing stay. First is the location: on the bay, overlooking a marina with views of Angel Island, San Francisco and the Golden Gate from the back patio. The ferry docks just a couple buidings away, so boating to the city is fast, affordable and convenient. Tom at the front desk hides his cape but is a superman, always willing to help in many ways. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is delivered to your room at the time requested; there is a coffee and tea bar on the floor; the wine reception is self-serve, so no minimal pours! It is a smaller property, with just a couple of dozen rooms, so it is quiet and well maintained. And they make fresh chocolate chip cookies mid-evening! After a day of hill climbing or other tourist activities, it was a dream to sit on the patio, watch the fog roll in and the sun setting with (one or so) glasses of wine and a lovely wife. It's a must book!!"
