"The Riad was clean and comforting. The front desk was helpful upon checking, giving us tips and pricing guides when shopping. The Riad’s location is a plus. We were able to walk to souks, restaurants and all the popular landmarks! I would recommend this Riad to anyone looking to spend a few days in Marrakech. Decor has been curated to fit the Riad really nicely. We didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool, but I definitely recommend anyone who is planning on staying. Daily Moroccan style...

"The outdoor patio is absolutely lovely (day or night) and highly recommend it. The location is very convenient with easy walking distance to many dining options off property and quick car/taxi access to most of the things a visitor would want to see. But...rooms are very dated as was the onsite restaurant. I found the front desk staff to be rude and not at all accommodating. Overall, definitely not a 5-star experience but a reasonable 3-star option as long as you manage your expectations. That's just not what we wanted or what we paid for averaging over $400 per night in the off-season."

"We stayed as a group of five and, while the location was excellent and the breakfast was good, there were several disappointing aspects to our stay. Before arrival, I had already advised the hotel that accessibility would be an issue, but unfortunately there was little consideration given to this. The property has steps throughout, no ramps, and the step into the bathroom was extremely high, making it unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties or disabilities. The room we were allocated also had no window, which made it feel quite enclosed. In addition, I mentioned when booking that it was my birthday, but no effort or acknowledgement was made by the hotel. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was enjoyable. It would be suitable for couples or groups without children and with no accessibility requirements, but I would not recommend it for guests with mobility needs."

Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help at any time of the day. The meals were excellent, and the chef deserves special recognition for the quality and variety of the food. Every dish was well prepared and delicious. The staff also went above and beyond by assisting us with reservations and arrangements whenever needed, making our stay smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to stay here again."

"We loved our stay at Riad Cocoon! Corinne and her staff were really efficient, friendly and they went out of their way to help us plan any holiday activities in and around Marrakech. The Riad is a very restful and relaxing place, close to main areas of interest in Marrakech. Breakfast was fresh everyday and was very good quality and we had a very good evening meal at the Riad on a couple of days. Our room was air conditioned and was clean and comfortable."
