Check-in and out process a little clunky due to no at property parking, but instructions for managing that were very clear and only a challenge if you have lots of stuff. "I was visiting Abertawe for one night to see old friends and this was a great place to stay. Perfectly located in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from some great restaurants. The room had a luxury quality to it like the coffee machine and plump bathrobes. My only critique was the curvy headboard wasn’t very comfortable (I move around during the night and kept hitting my head on it!). "The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious with tea and coffee facilities. The location was close to Swansea Museum. It was not far from the Marina and the National Waterfront Museum as well as Plantasia and a walk away from Wind Street."
