Amazing stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The suite was fantastic — spacious, stylish and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the room and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also good with a nice selection. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again! ❤️

Overall our experience was great. However, we would recommend for restaurant staffs to be more prepared on handling hotel guests especially it is a festive holiday. Further, if there is a high guest traffic, the breakfast service should consider to extend the time or advise guests at least ten minutes before breakfast service ends. Good location in a quieter part of Town but still enough going on around. Receptionist ""Apple" went out of her way to help us.

I’ve been visiting for about the last 15 years. It is a wonderful resort with the biggest and best swimming pool of any hotel in the city (actually this resort has two, and the one featured on the Expedia/Siam Bayshore site is the smallest of them) and some very beautiful tropical gardens on a huge site, covering acres of land near to Bali HI pier. Unlike the newest hotel chains which all seem to build skyscrapers on tiny plots of land, this grand hotel has low-rise buildings on a huge estate...

Good service and good food

10/10 stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely sea view. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything was fresh. The property was quiet, well maintained, and made for a very relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Booked at last minute and not planned to go to Pattaya, so no research before hand, could have chosen Hilton or Intercon but chose Royal Cliff on off chance. This is hotel is nothing like we expected, we stayed at the Cliff Grand, very high standard of service, great restaurant service, some dishes exceptional, Eggs Benedict etc, perfect. Nice hotel, lovely pool and the immediate surroundings are good - La Cremerie and Ramazotti Italian for food, Corner Bistro for a drink and we used the massage place opposite. Terminal 21 good to visit. Pattaya wasn’t really for us but the hotel was decent.
