I’ve been visiting for about the last 15 years. It is a wonderful resort with the biggest and best swimming pool of any hotel in the city (actually this resort has two, and the one featured on the Expedia/Siam Bayshore site is the smallest of them) and some very beautiful tropical gardens on a huge site, covering acres of land near to Bali HI pier. This was my 3rd visit to this hotel. We were a group occupying 4 deluxe rooms. From check in to check out we had no complaints just praises to the management and staff for keeping up standards at this hotel in comparison to our first visit over two years ago. Due to a technical issue with our booking we were booked in standard rooms for the last day of our stay. Perfect way to finish off our holiday. The staff couldn't do enough for you, the rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and if not enough ask for more. The hotel is little bit out of the way, so a car is advisable (only£100 a wk) and will save money on excursions, just drive in at an angle so you don't hit the bottom of the car on the steap entrance. The pool was perfect and looking at the sea. There is a beach, but only small. Overall highly recommend this lovely...
